Nevon M. Watson, M.Ed.
Founder \ Managing Principal & CEO
Nevon M. Watson is an educator, strategist, policy advocate, and social-impact leader whose work spans government affairs, health equity, fatherhood, higher education, youth development, and organizational strategy. As Managing Partner of M3 Global Solutions, he provides strategic leadership across the firm’s interdisciplinary portfolio, aligning public policy, community practice, and organizational development to drive sustainable systems change. His experience includes higher-education leadership, legislative and civic engagement, Medicaid and community health strategy, reproductive justice, fatherhood initiatives, research, and programs that support youth and families.
