The inaugural Constitution Day 2026 CALM edition uses documented evidence from the 2025–2026 New York and California legislative sessions. The 2026–2027 CALM Accountability Cycle is a rolling accountability period. New bills, sponsorship, committee action, amendments and votes will be incorporated as the 2027 legislative cycle opens. Prior session evidence will remain clearly identified as historical baseline evidence.
