Who We Are

M3 Global Solutions is a Black-led social enterprise committed to advancing racial justice, reconciliation, and generational healing.

Founded under the stewardship of the Maynard Watson Trust, we operate at the intersection of grassroots power-building, nonprofit service, and policy advocacy to serve Black families, youth, and fathers across the country. From Los Angeles to New Orleans, we bring culturally responsive solutions to the forefront of systems change.

What We Do

We design and deliver bold, community-rooted services that meet real-world needs:

• Advocacy & Systems Change
  We lead lobbying, legal strategy, and civic education to reform government systems and expand access to opportunity.

• Fatherhood & Doulo Services
  Our culturally responsive wellness model supports Black fathers through Doulo care, mental health navigation, and leadership coaching.

• Youth & Business Development
  Through Maynard Foundation Inc WEST, we uplift system-impacted youth and Black-owned businesses with scholarships, reentry support, contract procurement, and grant-writing assistance.
